As a long-time interviewer at tech companies, I've held both Engineering Manager and Staff Software Engineer roles. While at Meta, I conducted around 300 interviews, gaining insights into how candidates approach various problems and the associated hiring decisions. I am well-calibrated to assess a candidate's performance across levels L3-L7.

I primarily conduct System Design and Product Architecture interviews because I enjoy the open-ended nature of these problems and observing how different candidates approach them.
